- Project Milestones: If a refund request is made before a project milestone is completed, a refund will not be granted. Completed milestones are not refundable.
- Service Dissatisfaction: If the customer is dissatisfied with the service provided, we will work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis but any decision made by us will be final.
b. Subscription-Based Services
- Refunds will not be given for subscription-based services such as IT support or managed services.

- Eligibility: Hardware and software products purchased directly from ARINFOWAY may be eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
