5. Fees and Payment
5.1. Fees for our Services will be outlined in individual contracts.
5.2. Payment terms are as follows:
- Payment must be made within 5 days of receipt of the invoice.
- Late payment may incur a penalty of 5% per month.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend Services in the event of non-payment.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
6.1. The Company warrants that it will provide Services with reasonable care and skill.
6.2. Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
7.2. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the 5 days prior to the claim.
8. Termination

8.2. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and any materials provided by the Company must be returned or destroyed. If used nevertheless and not destroyed, the Customer shall pay the Company 10 times the amount of the outstanding fees.

9.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through:
- Negotiation between the parties in good faith.
