1. Services Refund Policy

a. Software Development, Web Design, and IT Consulting

  • Initial Payments and Deposits: Initial deposits for custom software development, web design, or IT consulting services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the service agreement.
  • Project Milestones: If a refund request is made before a project milestone is completed, a refund will not be granted. Completed milestones are not refundable.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If the customer is dissatisfied with the service provided, we will work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis but any decision made by us will be final.

b. Subscription-Based Services

  • Refunds will not be given for subscription-based services such as IT support or managed services.

2. Product Returns and Refund Policy

a. Hardware and Software Products

  • Eligibility: Hardware and software products purchased directly from ARINFOWAY may be eligible for a refund within 5 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Customized hardware or software solutions.
    • Downloadable software or digital licenses.
  • Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, it may be exchanged for a replacement within the warranty period. Refunds may be issued if a replacement is not available.

b. Return Process

  2. Provide proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
  3. Return the product in its original condition, including packaging and accessories, to the address provided by our team.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
